Location:	This property is located in the Pyrénées-Orientales region of France famous for its breathtaking scenery and fabulous Mediterranean coastline. The closest town is Arles sur Tec at 15 minutes drive. Closest airports Perpignan – 1 hour, Girona (Spain) – 1 hour, Montpellier and Carcasonne – 2 hours, Barcelona – 2 hours.

Originally part of the old chateau dating back to the 1600's, The Tower has recently been renovated into the perfect retreat, a holiday home with a difference, full of character and history.

St Laurent de Cerdans is a typical small french village located in the foothills of the Pyrénées and has magnificent views of Mt Canigou and the surrounding countryside. Ski fields and the world class golf course Domain de Falgos are both nearby. This historic Catalan village is situated on an open plateau in the mountains close to the border of Spain. The Mediterranean beaches of France and the Costa Brava are within easy reach as is the art-culture of Céret (Picasso) and Figueres/Roses (Dali).
